Floor Stripping and Waxing

Floor stripping and waxing is a process of removing the old and dirty wax from a floor and applying a new layer of wax to protect and enhance the floor. The process includes sweeping, laying of stripper, auto-scrubbing, rinsing, and waxing the floor with high solid commercial grade wax. Floor stripping and waxing can improve the appearance, durability, and hygiene of the floor. It is recommended to do it once or twice a year depending on the traffic and condition of the floor.

Construction Clean-ups

Construction clean-up includes but is not limited to washing windows, removing sticker, dusting fixtures, vacuuming carpet, sawdust removal, cleaning restrooms, stripping and waxing, polishing floors, sealing concrete, and power washing.

Powerwashing

We power-wash using commercial grade equipment. Our power-washers use water heated to 250 degrees and up to 3,500 PSI to insure proper removal of debris (gum, stickers, etc.)

Window Cleaning

We have experience cleaning windows in buildings from one to four stories, newly added and established. We provide window cleaning services to hotels, hospitals, commercial, and residential buildings.

Re-coats

Re-coating involves a deep scrub of the floor to remove the top two layers of wax to remove debris penetrated beyond the topcoat. Two to three new layers of solid commercial grade wax are then applied. The service includes a finishing burnish to a high gloss.

Carpet Extractions

This process involves vacuuming of area(s) to be treated. We then use a hot water extractor to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets. We finish the serviced area with a bonnet to produce a seamless finish.
